These are a nice crunchy treat. Sweetened, but not overly sweet.
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cups almonds
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan.
