Fresh Mango Salsa

This was really good. The jalapeno I used was super hot, but the mango really lessened the heat. We ate this with chips as well as eating it on some chicken fajitas and really liked it.
1 mango, peeled and diced
10 roma tomatoes, cored and diced
1 small onion, diced
1 jalapeno, finely chopped, seeds removed
3 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Mix together and serve.
