1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 cups chopped strawberries
3 large Roma Tomatoes
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 sprig fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 nectarines or peaches or mangos, chopped (optional) (I used bottled nectarines)
Mix and serve.
