Creamy Scrambled Eggs For a Crowd

These were actually really good and really easy, but not so healthy with added cream cheese :) I cut this recipe in half and it still made a lot so it's definetly for a crowd!

16 large eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 cups milk

Directions
1Whisk together all the ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl.
2Microwage on high for 2 minutes Remove from the microwave and stir.
3Microwave for 1-2 minutes more, then stir.
4Repeat the process until the eggs are set but still moist, about 8 minutes total.
5Serve hot.

*I did sprinkle in just a little cheddar cheese at the end.
