Apple Crisp's a favorite for us. This makes an 8x8 pan so if you need more, double it.

3 apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. sugar

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
pinch nutmeg

Place apples in baking dish and sprinkle with sugar.

Mix the remaining ingredients until they are crumbly, but not smooth. Press lightly over apples and bake 375 for 30 minutes.

Serve warm...with vanilla ice cream (of course)
