Parmesan Herb Corn

Found this recipe here. It isn't our favorite way to eat corn, but it had a nice variety. I think I would cut back on the cheese next time...and I love cheese!

Recipe:

Mix Together:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup fresh, shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried Italian herbs

Cook:
8 ears of corn

After draining corn, smother the corn with the buttery mix. Serve warm
