Pumpkin Pie

Kyla's Favorite:

Blend together:
makes 1 pie

2 cups pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teas. salt
1 Tbsp. pumpkin Pie spice
3 eggs (I used 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp. ground Flaxseed and 3 Tbsp. water)
2/3 cup evaporated milk

Pour into 9 inch pie shell and bake 375 for 50 minutes.

Serve with whipped topping.

  1. Made this last year and again this year... easy and yummy... b's only request for thanksgiving so broke down and made it again... not my fav, but a traditional pie...
