Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Chicken

Have this in the freezer for the crock pot...

8 oz russian dressing
8 oz apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup water
Pineapple chunks
Green pepper chunks

Thaw...Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
