Teriyaki Burgers

Fresh Pineapple, cut into rings. One for each burger. (Or use canned, but fresh is WAY better)
Ground Beef
Yoshida Sweet and Sour sauce (from Costco) or a Teriyaki sauce (Lately I've been using Kikkoman's thick glaze and I really like it!)

Marinade pineapple in some sauce. Mix ground beef with some sauce and form the meat into patties. (Or if you're in a hurry, which happens a lot around here, just slap the sauce on the meat and pineapple rings as you grill it)

If time allows, let them marinate in the fridge for a few hours.

Grill burgers. After turning the burgers, place the pineapple on the grill. Cook pineapple for a few minutes on both sides.

Top grilled meat with cheese. (Lately we've been using a slice of pepper jack cheese...yum!) Serve on buns with all the fixings you like.
