Hand Tossed Pizza Dough

This is a family favorite.  My kiddos love pizza.  This makes 2 large pizzas, the size of my pizza stone. 

Mix and set aside:
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 Tbsps. yeast
3 Tbsp. oil

In mixing bowl:
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 3/4
cups flour

Mix dry and wet ingredients (knead) Let dough rise 30 minutes to an hour. Cut dough in half, roll each into a circle.Top with toppings and cook in oven at 425 until done.
