Family Favorite:
Mix and set aside:
1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. oil
In mixing bowl:
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups flour
Mix dry and wet ingredients (knead) Let dough rise 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Cut dough in half, roll each into a circle. Let rest 10-15 minutes, top with toppings and cook in oven at 425 until done.
