Sweet Corn Bread

A favorite at our house.

Makes an 8x8 pan. Double recipe to make a 9x13 pan.

1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn meal
1 Tbsp. baking pwd.
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups milk
2 large eggs
1/3 cup veg. oil
3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients. Bake 35 minutes.
