1 can evaporated milk
3 lbs hamburger
2 cups quick oats
2 eggs
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp. chili pwd

Mix and make about 50 med. sized meatballs.

1 1/2 brown sugar
2 cups ketchup
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic pwd.
1/2 cup chopped onions.

Combine sauce ing. in VitaMix and blend until smooth.

Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350. Cover first 1/2 hour.

These were very sweet with a hot spice. I think I would cut back just a bit on the chili pwd next time. It made a lot of meatballs so we will be having a couple of meals.

I made Meatball and Provolone subs toasted in the oven on crispy hoagie buns from WinCo. They were really yummy!

Steak Marinade

This is a fantastic marinade!

2 teaspoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoon soy sauce

Put ingredients in VitaMix. Blend until smooth.

Sprinkle steak with pepper. Pour marinade over steak. Let it marinate!

2 cups quick oats
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking pwd.
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup margarine
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet choc. chips
1 bag M&Ms (my kids dumped the whole bag could use less!)

Combine ingredients in mixer. (Add choc. chips and M&Ms last, and only after the rest of the ing. are well blended so you don't crush them)

Bake 350 for 9-10 minutes.
